Hello, we are Kaat and Marc, the owners of Villa Nysa, a magical place. Traveling is our passion, we have already visited many places. When the opportunity presented itself to build a modern, hip villa in Paleros, an authentic fishing village and sailing paradise in an unspoiled part of Greece, we were immediately convinced. We have already been to many places, but we could not imagine a better place, everything was just right. A beautiful modern newly built villa with breathtaking sea and mountain views, placed on a spacious plot between olive groves with sheep and crickets as neighbors. The village center with its shops, bakeries, trendy restaurants, picturesque sailing and fishing port, beach & bars all within walking distance and an airport about 20 minutes from our front door.... yes, that is a perfect location!   What we did not know at the time, but what we soon discovered, is the incredible hospitality of the region and the delicious Mediterranean food that is offered in the various trendy restaurants. Staying in the villa creates a feeling of ease, tranquility and enjoyment.
